1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Items such as personal care, undergarments, custom products, or sale items may not be eligible for return (unless faulty).

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hibuysell.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly return it first and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter quickly by offering a replacement or full refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
